Nosotros had a great experience with this rental. Nosotros had some issues and they were so sweet and like shooting fish in a barrel to piece of work with. We elected to choice it up and do everything ourselves, which with the 6 in 1 I DO... Not recommend, and didn't realize that my husband wouldn't be available to come with me to pick it up on the morning nosotros were supposed to. They were super sweet and made arrangements with united states to pick it up later that twenty-four hours. Then on the morning we were to take it back my husband and I were unable to get it back into the back of the truck ourselves since it was and then heavy and it was just the two of us. I let them know and they came and picked it upwards for a fee afterwards that day. Just know that if you lot opt to practice information technology yourself and are getting the big one that you will need strong helpers and and to go it folded up just right. None of the issues were their fault and they were so easy to work with. In out opinion it is worth the money to have them deliver and pickup. Thank you for helping us throw a great political party. Our girls and their friends had an astonishing fourth dimension. read more

Oh... these guys were groovy! After having another company bail on me a calendar week before my event....! These guys really took care of me. The Website is well put together to book and practise... everything ya possibly demand to do to volume or get info! Just even the customer service was great! I also chosen and texted for more questions and either reached them or they got back to me in a very professional timely manner, which I always appreciate.The inflatable was much easier to run then I thought! I have never rented an inflatable before and decided to rent a... bouncy castle for my daughters 4th birthday party. Booking the reservation was and then simple, just plug in the date, see what is bachelor and make your reservation. They are super helpful about answering questions I had near placing a castle on slanted terrain far away from an outlet. They were likewise incredibly quick about setting up and taking down the rental, taking less than 20 minutes each time.
