I get this message "The server did not answer in the given time frame" when I'm trying to connect to smartphones (all updated with latest app versions) and my Windows 7 client too. I can still connect to computers, though, and so that's where nosotros differ.
Likewise, didn't take any of these problems earlier, neither with computers nor smartphones. Something is upward, probably with the new update.

It works some days, some days not. Very weird, only I guess they are working on information technology. After forcing a Teamviewer Windows update terminal time (in other words, installing the absolute latest Teamviewer version I could discover). I managed to make that piece of work the same hour, and so should exist a correlation, but this seems to be pretty random, to be honest. I don't think it'due south our mistake, it'due south something with their servers, but notwithstanding, updating tin't exist harmful.
Before that, though, I had no success with newest versions, merely perhaps they accept figured something out It'south getting ameliorate at least, hasn't happened for a few days here now. And then be sure to update the server, your remote overlord, as well every bit the clients' apps (quick support and quick back up add-on <model> of form). Don't know if the final tip helps, but it should, one would imagine.

I had the same trouble today afterward updating the teamviewer-app on my pc. I solved it past accident. It happened when I wanted to click on the "me too' push button in this topic. I had to log in with my browser and and then got a message that my pc had to be added as 'trusted device'. Teamviewer sent me an email with a link to add my pc to 'trusted devices'. Afterward that suddenly the app could log in likewise.
I googled the consequence and establish this article from the 'Knowledge base': https://community.teamviewer.com/t5/Noesis-Base/What-is-Trusted-Devices-for-your-TeamViewer-account/ta-p/4707
I didn't become the pop-up mentioned in the article logging in with the app, simply I did go information technology with my browser (direction console).
I hope this solves it for everyone...

Procedure:
- Use AppCleaner (of course, in that location are other tools to practice this job) to completely wipe the TV files from my system
- empty trash
- download and install Teamviewer13
